Cheez-Its were invented in 1921 by the Green and Green Company in Dayton Ohio. It is a little orange, rectangular cracker, but they’re bite-sized and  taste amazing . Today they come in a variety of cheesy flavors including pepperjack, white chedder, chedder jack hot & spicy and many more, but the original cheddar is still really popular. When you eat some Cheez-Its, it seems like all your bad problems go away.

The Cheez-Its name didn’t even come from the Keebler home company. Up until then, they were sold by the Sunshine Biscuit Company. Today they are made by Kellogg, but they still have the Sunshine Biscuits label on the upper left corner of every box.

Cheez-Its are made by a combination of wheat flour, vegetable oil, sharp cheddar cheese, salt, and spices. Also there only 150 calories per serving, they are some crunchy goodness that other crackers just can’t be replicated. They are even kosher.

Cheez Its are a wonderful, low calorie baked snack that kids and adults both love. They’re highly affordable, and have amazing flavors that make you want to go back for more. In many ways, it is hard to believe that these  cheesy crackers are over 90 years old.

Goldfish were invented by a man named Oscar J. Kambly, who ran a Swiss company called Kambly, in 1958.
At one point or another, we’ve all tried some Goldfish. There were manufactured by Pepperidge Farm, these cheesy bite-size crackers are addictively tasty, and they come in a whole lot more varieties than you realize.
It wasn’t until Pepperidge Farm founder Margaret Rudkin brought them across the pond in 1962 that when they became available in the United States. Kambly still produces and sells the original recipe Goldfish in Switzerland. The Original flavor, like in the United States, is just a puffed cracker, cheese-free.

I like both. Some days I’m in the mood for Goldfish and some days I’m in the mood for Cheez-Its, so it just depends on the day. I went aound and I asked some people what they liked better. I asked a total of 237 people and the score was Goldfish-120 Cheez-Its- 117, so I guess for this story Goldfish wins!
