A former SS guard is on trial right now in Germany with accusations of “gassing 100 Polish prisoners, 77 Soviet soldiers, and an unknown number of Jewish prisoners” during World War II. The man accused is Johann Rehbogen, now a 94-year old man. He served at Camp Stutthof which is now northern Poland. He denies knowing about these atrocities. He is not 21, however he is still being tried at a juvenile court in Munster Germany. Also, he was captured by the US back during WWII, and he was eventually sent back over to Germany. If convicted, he will face 15 years in prison. Unfortunately, due to his age, he may not serve any time in prison.
