Springville had their first boys basketball game on the 16th of November against Glencoe, and they dominated 83-52. The Tigers started out the season as strong as they could. The Tigers moved on to face Hayden and again dominated their opponent 80-56. The Tigers look to have a strong season. Their next game against Oneonta was cancelled due to inefficient players on the Oneonta side. Against Glencoe the tigers went on a 21-4 run lead by Max Harrison, who hit four three-pointers. The Tigers shot 49 percent from the field in the game with seventeen assists, seventeen steals, and two blocks.

The team plays in Pell City Friday and at home Saturday.
